Crina is a psychologist, massage technician, and trainer. She has over 15 years of experience as a trainer.
She is the founder of the Esoteric Massage Academy, where she promotes a new form of massage which is inspired by the Tantric, Taoist, and Hawaiian traditions. In the tantric esoteric massage courses and workshops she leads, she aims to revive the ancient Eastern science of sacred massage.

In the course "How to Be and Remain an Exceptional Woman: awakening the hidden powers of the womb and activating the feminine soul archetypes" we will use the Taoist technique of the jade egg combined with the tantric techniques Shakticalana Mudra, Ashwini Mudra, and Mula Bandha to stimulate and harmonize feminine energy.
Each month is dedicated to activating a specific soul archetype. The techniques learned will allow us to harmonize those energy pathways that allow the awakening of certain spiritual virtues characteristic of each soul archetype.
